The main goal of a web site is to accomplish a specific task such as getting users to contact you. Other goals maybe getting users to fill out an opt in form or purchase an item from your online store. The only way to measure how "good" a site is, is to compare the number of people who visit the site to the number of people who complete the goal you wanted.

The reason I make the best websites is because I am very good at getting high conversion percentages. The sites I design look nice and very professional but on top of that the little things I know go a long way to getting people to call you or buy that product.

I don't try and convince you that you need a full Flash Animation web site, or some amazing fireworks exploding every time you hover over a link. I don't tell you that you have to have 100 pages or more on your site for it to be found in Google.

I have actually studied and learned web design and what makes web sites work. The web design world is full of great graphic designers who don't know the first thing about making a good web site. They create great graphics, but they don't fully understand what goes through the mind of a user browsing the web.
